What the Artlist AI art generator actually makes

The generator also runs 3:2, 2:3 and 16:9, and the ratio is worth choosing before you write — a widescreen version of any of these is a different composition, not a crop.
The images you generate are yours
Stated plainly, because the usual answer to this question is three screens of small print: nothing is held back at the moment of generation.
- No watermark is applied, so there is no stamped preview and nothing to pay to remove
- Commercial use is included: thumbnails, posters, covers, client decks, product pages, merchandise
- No attribution is required, and there is no account for us to revoke access from later
- Downloads are standard high-resolution PNG files at the model's native output size
There is no licence to buy, no certificate to request and no per-image agreement to sign, because Artlist never takes a right in the first place. If you need a document to hand a client, we do not have one to give you — the honest position is that we make no claim on the file, and that is the whole of it.
The limits are the ones that follow the picture rather than the tool. Do not prompt for a company's logo, a protected character or a real person's likeness and then publish the result, and check whatever rules apply to your own industry before something goes to print. Those constraints exist with or without us.
One more honest note: identical prompts produce similar pictures for everyone. AI art is not exclusive by nature, so if a piece has to be unmistakably yours, take it further than the first render — change the framing, keep an unusual palette, and iterate until nobody else's prompt would have landed there.
