That is the whole contact system. There is no phone line, no support portal and no live chat, because Artlist is a free tool rather than a company with a service desk. Messages are read by a person, and replies go out when there is something useful to say. No response time is promised, and pretending otherwise would be dishonest.

The images are yours
What you generate is yours to use, commercial work included, with no watermark and no attribution requirement. You do not need written permission from us, and there is no separate licence to request by email.

There is no account to recover
Artlist has no login, so there is no password to reset, no subscription to cancel and no profile to delete. If you are looking for an image you made yesterday, it is not stored under your name anywhere. Save each file as it appears.

What to put in the email
Most reports that go unanswered go unanswered because they cannot be reproduced. Four lines usually make the difference.
- The prompt itself. Paste the exact text you submitted, including the style preset you had selected. A generation that fails on one phrasing often works on another, and the wording is the first clue.
- What you expected and what you got. A blank canvas, an error line under the button, a picture that ignored half the sentence — these are different problems with different causes.
- Browser and device. Name and version, desktop or phone, and whether an ad blocker or a privacy extension is active. The human check is the part most often blocked by extensions.
- Roughly when it happened. A date and an approximate time, with your timezone, makes it possible to line the report up against server logs.
Screenshots help. So does telling us it worked five minutes earlier, because an intermittent fault and a permanent one get looked at in different places.

Worth writing about
- The generator is broken, stuck, or returns an error you cannot get past.
- The human check will not clear, or loops without ever letting the request through.
- A page on this site is wrong, a link is dead, or something contradicts what the tool actually does.
- Misuse: an image produced here is being used in a way that harms someone, or you believe the tool is being abused at scale. Say what you saw and where.
- A style you would like to see in the preset list, or a prompt pattern that keeps failing in a way that looks systematic.
- Questions about reuse that the terms of use or the privacy policy do not already answer.
Things nobody here can do
- Retrieve an image you did not save. Without accounts there is no per-person history to search, so a lost file cannot be handed back. Generating it again from the same prompt is usually faster than asking.
- Unlock a plan, refund a payment or cancel a subscription. None of those exist on this site. If you were charged by something calling itself Artlist, it was not this tool.
- Take a prompt on your behalf. Requests to produce a specific picture for you are not handled by email. The generator is open and free; running it yourself takes about six seconds.
- Provide legal advice. The terms describe how the site works, not how the law applies to your particular use of an image.
One last thing worth repeating from the privacy policy: an email tells us your address, which is more than the generator ever learns about you. Send only what you are comfortable sending, and keep personal details out of the prompt text you paste in.
