1. What this service is

Artlist is a free AI art generator at art-list.pro. You write a text prompt, a human check confirms you are a person, an AI image model renders a picture, and it comes back to your browser. That is the whole service. Using the site means you accept these terms. Artlist here is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Artlist.io or any stock-media licensing company.

2. No account, no payment

There is nothing to register for. Artlist has no login, no user profile, no credit balance, no paid tier and no subscription, so there is nothing to buy, cancel or refund. If something asks you to pay for access to this tool, it is not this tool.

3. Who may use it

Artlist is meant for people old enough to accept terms of use on their own behalf. A minor should use it only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms for them.

4. Acceptable use

The generator is open to everyone, which only works if a few things stay off the table. Do not use it to produce or distribute:

• Content that is illegal where you are, or that is meant to help someone break the law.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any depiction that sexualises a child. No ambiguity, no exception.
• Images of real, identifiable people used to defame, harass, sexualise, impersonate or deceive, including material presented as a genuine photograph of something that never happened.
• Content promoting violence against a person or a group, or existing to degrade people for who they are.
• Deceptive material such as forged documents, fake identification, counterfeit branding, or images designed to pass as evidence.
• Work that knowingly infringes someone else's copyright or trade mark, including imitations of protected characters or logos passed off as the original.

Do not interfere with how the site runs for other people either: no bypassing, replaying or automating past the human check, no scripted or bulk calls to the generation endpoint, no scraping the site as an unofficial API, and nothing intended to overload the service. There is no public API, and the absence of one is a decision rather than an oversight. Access may be limited or blocked where use appears to breach this section.

5. The images are generated by an AI model

Everything the generator returns is machine-produced from your text, with consequences worth stating plainly. Output can ignore parts of a prompt, misplace details, render text as nonsense, or produce anatomy that does not survive a second look. Similar prompts can return similar pictures, so nothing you generate is exclusive to you, and a result may resemble an existing style or work by coincidence.

No person checks an image before it reaches you, and no claim is made that any output is accurate, original, suitable for a given purpose, or clear of third-party rights. The service and everything it produces are provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6. Your responsibility

You choose the prompt and you decide what to do with the result, so responsibility for both sits with you. That covers whether the image is suitable for the place you publish it, whether it needs a disclosure that it was made by AI, and whether your use of it is lawful in your country and in every country you distribute it to. Where an image is destined for advertising, packaging, a political message or a news context, the checking is yours to do; a free tool cannot do it for you.

7. Ownership and reuse

No ownership is claimed over the pictures you generate. You may use them, edit them, publish them and sell work that includes them, commercial projects included. No attribution is required, no watermark is applied, and no separate licence needs requesting.

Two limits are not ours to waive. Whether AI-generated images can be owned as copyright varies by jurisdiction, and this page cannot settle that for you. And because output is not exclusive, you cannot stop someone else generating something similar.

The site itself is separate. Its design, code, text, layout and the sample artwork used as decoration remain the property of the site and are not covered by the permission above.

8. Availability and changes

Artlist is free and unmetered, and comes with no uptime guarantee. It may be slow, rate limited, temporarily unavailable or taken offline entirely, and features, style presets, the image model behind it and these terms can all change without notice. A light rate limit is in normal operation so automated traffic cannot starve a shared queue.

9. Third-party services

Running the generator involves a few outside providers, among them a Cloudflare human check and an AI image provider that renders the picture. Their systems carry their own terms and are outside our control. The privacy policy describes what passes through that path.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss or damage arising from your use of Artlist or of anything it generates: lost work, lost time, lost revenue, missed deadlines, an unavailable service, a corrupted or unusable image, an image you consider inaccurate or offensive, or a third-party claim about how an image was used. This is a free service with no payment and no account, offered in the hope it is useful, and the risk of using it is yours.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised as the tool changes. The version on this page is always the current one, the date at the top is the date it last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.

12. Questions

If something here is unclear or looks wrong, the contact page has the one email address that reaches a person. What gets collected is covered by the privacy policy; how the tool behaves is usually answered in the FAQ.
